With 30 years working in and around the food industry, My passion for an ethical food system has only deepened. Areas of interest include permaculture, food preservation, edible gardening, food security, food education, community building through food, waste minimisation and traditional kitchen skills and homesteading….

I am the owner of Little Patch Project. I run workshops and deliver classes at my permaculture property in Montmorency, at local community venues, and by private arrangement at a venue of your choosing.
